All lovers of books, book group members, and individuals passionate about books adapted for the screen are encouraged to join us for these combined literary/film events, and to participate in a lively discussion.

ABOUT OUR MODERATOR: Cassie Jo Ochoa has a Master’s degree in Film and Television, a Bachelor’s degree in Film Theory, and has loved cinema all her life. She is the Assistant Manager at the Avon Theatre. When she’s not working at the Avon she’s writing film reviews and think pieces for Moviepass.com or working on narrative filmmaking.

ABOUT THE FILM: Tony Webster (Jim Broadbent) leads a reclusive and quiet existence until long buried secrets from his past force him to face the flawed recollections of his younger self, the truth about his first love (Charlotte Rampling) and the devastating consequences of decisions made a lifetime ago.
