Academy Award nominee Julianne Moore plays Alice Howland, happily married with three grown children, is a renowned linguistics professor who starts to forget words. When she receives a diagnosis of Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease, Alice and her family find their bonds thoroughly tested. HILDA COOK is a geriatric care manager with Services for Seniors. In addition to her participation in the Alzheimer's Consortium, she serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Connecticut Geriatrics Society, has recently been elected Interim Chair of the Stamford Counseling Center, and is a member of the Board of Historic Neighborhood Preservation. She is the former President of Stamford's Community Arts Council, has worked as a staff member for the Stamford Partnership, and served as Community Organizer for the city's Waterside Coalition. In 2013 she and a number of volunteers launched The Memory Caf
